Shipping & Delivery

• Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Undelivered or Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us by the postal service as "undelivered," "refused," or due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

• Reshipping: If you would like your order sent out a second time following a return-to-sender incident, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs plus the restocking fee.
